The Viral Threshold: If a social media post, video, remix, or content piece utilizing any site audio or media exceeds 10,000 views/plays, or if the content is used in a format that is directly generating ad revenue, sponsorship dollars, or creator fund payouts, you are required to establish an equitable revenue split.

Proportional Prosperity: In the event of such virality, the content creator agrees to a standard 50/50 split of the revenue generated by that content, or must reach out to Kat Magick to negotiate an official commercial synchronization license.

Contacting the Artist: Creators must reach out to Kat Magick via Instagram / Threads / email at thisismy@katmagick.quest to coordinate revenue splits or licensing.

Honoring the Source: Attempting to hide or bypass revenue sharing when these creations bring you massive 3D visibility or financial abundance creates an immediate energetic karmic debt.
7. Spiritual & Digital Consequences
